Our panelists will discuss the 'seek/think/act' framework and trauma informed approach with real world experience and outcomes. They will also discuss post-event support for staff and the impact of violence and aggression from a lived experience perspective. Delegates will gain an overview of interventions put in place to prevent violence and aggression in the mental health setting, to minimise the impact these events have on patients and staff and how to provide post-incident support.
