The neurological examination

The neurological examination is often approached with trepidation by psychiatrists but can be done quickly and reliably with practice. The best approach is to keep doing them as often as possible, but in order for them to be useful, and conducted without fear, it's advantageous to a have an understanding of what you are trying to achieve.
