Neuroanatomy and neurochemistry may appear dull and boring to most core trainees, but the major neurochemical pathways are actually very relevant to psychopathology and psychopharmacology and therefore everyday clinical practice.

This module will help you understand how dysregulation in these pathways is associated with symptoms of psychiatric disorders and how these pathways are associated with the therapeutic value and side-effects of psychotropic medication.
