TrOn – Mental health tribunals: giving evidence

This eLearning module is comprised of nine videos advising on giving evidence to tribunals, designed for resident doctors in psychiatry.

The videos have been produced by the Tribunals Judiciary in collaboration with the South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust.

There are further video resources available on the College website tailored for resident doctors in core and specialist training to Improve your confidence, knowledge and skills in presenting medical evidence at Mental Health Tribunals.

TrOn is pleased to be able to host these videos on behalf of the Tribunals Judiciary in collaboration with the South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust.

Please note that this module is an additional, separate resource to the TrOn learning modules supporting resident doctors in psychiatry in preparing for MRCPsych exams.

Availability

This module is free to access for anyone registered with the College as a resident doctor, member, affiliate, Student Associate or Foundation Doctor Associate – just log in with your College details (not OpenAthens) to access the modules. For non-members it is available as part of a TrOn subscription.
